Page 7 Uninstall LGS or Logitech G HUB. Reinstall the latest version of the software available. Try using the mouse on a plain white piece of paper. Try surface tuning in LGS or in G HUB (G502 HERO does not have this option). See Surface tuning the G502 gaming mouse for more information. If some features of G HUB do not appear to work correctly and restarting doesn't help, try this: Go to Device Manager (WIN+PAUSE BREAK). Click on View at the top and view Devices by container. Look for your device and expand it. The Logitech Gaming Software was a totally solo affair, but G Hub lets you share your creations with your friends and rivals — as well as total strangers on the internet. My ryzen pc can't recognize my Logitech G603 or for that matter my G613,therefor i can't adjust dpi and other settings in the logitech gaming software or G HUB (same software, you download Logitech Gaming Software and you aut have Logitech G Hub) I have tried different usb ports but no luck (or else i would have mabe a new thread). Whenever I boot up my laptop, G HUB does not have my G102 mouse detected, and disconnecting the mouse and reconnecting to another port doesn't work. Reinstalling it detects the mouse, but whenever it restart the software or from another boot up, it just doesn't detect the mouse.

I have tried different usb ports but no luck (or else i would have mabe a new thread)
Can i use a different softeware or is is related to windows, device manager say i have 4 HID-Compatible mice, so a different software (if possible) won't matter ?
