Jim Pagano - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Pagano was President of LS Power Development, LLC. Prior to LS Power, Mr. Pagano was a Senior Vice President of Caithness from January 2004 to December 2006. From 1992 to 2003, Mr. Pagano held various positions with Cogentrix Energy, Inc., including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President-Development. Previously, Mr. Pagano was an Associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett where he represented developers and lenders in connection with independent power projects. Mr. Pagano received a B.A. in Economics with highest distinction and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.

John O'Connor - Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2009, Mr. O’Connor served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Cogentrix Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. O’Connor held various financial management positions with Cogentrix Energy, including Senior Vice-President – Finance & Treasurer and Vice-President – Controller. Prior to joining Cogentrix Energy, Mr. O’Connor worked for the audit division of Arthur Andersen. Mr. O’Connor holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University.

Randy Hoyle - Chief Development Officer

Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Hoyle was Managing Director at Edison Mission Energy, the unregulated affiliate of Edison International, responsible for business development activities related to a national wind energy platform. From 1994 to 2005, Mr. Hoyle was employed by NextEra Energy Resources, the unregulated affiliate of NextEra Energy, Inc. (formerly FPL Group). He last served as Director, Development accountable for originating and developing an industry-leading wind franchise in the southern Mid-Continent region. Previous to that assignment at NextEra, he provided leadership in natural gas development, mergers and acquisitions, and financial analysis roles. Mr. Hoyle earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami (FL) and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from Iowa State University.

Ward Scobee - Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Scobee served as Director, Business Management at Caithness Energy, LLC. Mr. Scobee has over 27- years of experience in the electric power industry. Prior to joining Caithness in May of 1999, Mr. Scobee was with Dynegy Inc. located in Houston, Texas, where he served in a variety of capacities in both the financial and operational divisions of the company. Currently Mr. Scobee oversees the commercial and operational management of Terra-Gen's entire operating portfolio and is actively involved in the company's wind development efforts. Mr. Scobee earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Houston Baptist University in Houston, Texas.

Gus Luna - Chief Marketing Officer

Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Luna was the Country Manager for the AES Corporation in the Philippines where, among other responsibilities, he was responsible for managing the operations of a 600MW thermal generation facility. During his nine year tenure at The AES Corporation, he served in various power plant development capacities throughout North America with an emphasis in California. Prior to joining AES, Mr. Luna was with Edison International group of companies for 11 years, serving in various power generation marketing and trading functions at both the regulated and unregulated companies.

Ken Peyton - Senior Vice President - Controller

Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2010, Mr. Peyton served as Director of Financial Operations from 2004 to 2010 for Casella Waste Systems, Inc., a publicly traded waste management company which included waste-to-energy and landfill gas-to-energy facilities. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Peyton served as Vice-President – Controller at Cogentrix Energy. Prior to joining Cogentrix Energy, Mr. Peyton held a various management positions including working for the audit division of Arthur Andersen. Mr. Peyton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

Jeff Cast - Managing Director - Finance

Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2009, Mr. Cast served as a Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services, focused on equity investments in the power sector. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Cast worked for the energy consulting division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he specialized in valuation, FAS 133 and financial process improvement. Mr. Cast holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Kansas. Certifications include CPA, CFA and FRM.

Damon Huplosky - Managing Director - Tax

Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2007, Mr. Huplosky was the Tax Director of Caithness Energy, LLC from January 2000 to December 2007. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Huplosky held various positions within the Caithness tax group. Mr. Huplosky earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Pace University.

L. Felipe Uscátegui - Vice President - Construction

Mr. Uscátegui has over 42 years of experience in development and execution of renewable and fossil power projects, as well as industrial and petro-chemical projects. Currently, Mr. Uscátegui leads Terra-Gen Power’s construction and engineering efforts including the 1,550 MW Alta Wind Energy facilities in the Tehachapi-Mojave area in California, the currently under construction 325 MW Voyager Wind projects in the same area, and planning, budgeting, construction and engineering support for development and other areas within the company. Prior to joining Terra-Gen in late 2009, Mr. Uscátegui was Sr. Project Manager for First Wind, in charge of Western region and Hawaii construction operations, including the Milford Wind project in Utah and others. From 1998 to 2007 Mr. Uscátegui was employed by Gemma Power Systems as Vice-President, Project Management, and was involved in the execution of nine gas turbine based power plants, amongst other projects. Prior to that, Mr. Uscátegui worked for the Lancaster-Distral Group in several roles covering from equipment manufacturing, project management & construction, development and general management. He was involved in fossil and renewable power projects, and industrial and petro-chemical projects in the U.S., Central & South America, and the Caribbean. Mr. Uscátegui has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of the Andes in Bogota, Colombia, and an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.

Michael Tartibi - Vice President - Transmission & Interconnection

Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Mr. Tartibi worked for NRG for 8 years where his last responsibility as the Director of Transmission and Interconnection was managing all interconnection and market related matters for development and acquisition of renewable projects. Prior to NRG, Mr. Tartibi was employed by Exelon for 7 years where he managed interconnection issues, traded transmission rights for both hedge and speculation purposes, and supported traders for transmission and congestion problems and questions. At NRG and Exelon, Mr. Tartibi gained significant knowledge about market, transmission, and interconnection subjects in various power markets. Before Exelon, Mr. Tartibi worked for Siemens Generation as an Application Engineer for 4 years.

Carrie Lackey - Vice President - Treasurer

Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2010, Ms. Lackey served as Co-Chief Financial Officer for Cogentrix Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group. From 1998 to 2010, Ms. Lackey held various financial management positions with Cogentrix Energy, including Vice President – Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Cogentrix Energy, Ms. Lackey worked for The Babcock & Wilcox Company (1989 – 1997) and Honeywell International, formerly Allied Signal, (1997 – 1998) in various accounting and finance roles. Ms. Lackey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Akron.

Seamus O’Rourke - Vice President - Finance

Prior to joining Terra-Gen in 2008, Mr. O’Rourke was an analyst at GE Energy Financial Services, focused on tax equity investments for wind and solar projects. He holds an MBA degree from New York University and a B.A. in International Studies from Boston College.

Dean Landon - Vice President - Wind Operations

Mr. Landon has over 33 years of experience in the Wind Industry. Prior to joining Terra-Gen Operating Company, Mr. Landon was with Florida Power & Light Energy where he served as the General Manager for eight years. As General Manager he oversaw sixteen wind projects located in California, Iowa, Texas and Washington. He served as Vice President at SeaWest for eight years and was the Construction/Maintenance Manager at Flowind for six years. Mr. Landon graduated from Idaho State University majoring in Auto Mechanics. Upon graduating, he worked for Bucyrus Erie Mining Equipment for eight years as the Engineer and Erecting Engineer.
